Support+ is a mobile application designed to enhance community palliative care and end of life care in cancer patients. It helps monitor patients' symptoms as out-patient and enhance communication between patient/carer and the healthcare professional.
The main UX design strategy in this design focuses on empathy, with the lead of the main character "speaking" with the user in concern throughout the whole journey with techniques of UX writing, bringing a "caring" ambience to the patient, especially during their last stage of life.
